Returns & Personalization
We hope you love your Valèz pieces, but because much of our jewelry is uniquely crafted for you, different rules apply depending on the item:

Personalized Items: All items engraved with names, dates, photos, fingerprints, or handwriting are created specifically to your specifications. Under European law, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Personalized Items: For any items without a custom engraving, we offer an extended return window of 30 days from the delivery date.

How to return (Non-personalized items only)
Simply follow the steps on our return portal to register your return. After registering, you’ll receive all instructions to send your package back to us safely.

Return costs
Return costs range from €4.40 to €10.00 depending on your country. These costs are at your own expense and will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

1. Unworn and unused
2. In their original packaging.
3. Including all gift packaging (such as the cotton bag and Valèz box).

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Guarantee)
Did we make a mistake, or did your jewelry arrive damaged? We’ve got you covered. Please contact us at support@valez-official.com with a photo of the issue. We will ensure a replacement is sent to you free of charge.

Please note: Valèz is not responsible for spelling errors or incorrect images provided by the customer.

Refunds 
Once your return has arrived and been processed (usually within a few working days), you’ll receive a confirmation email. After that, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take a few days.
