Currently, we only ship within Europe. We're working hard to expand our shipping zones in the future, but for now, our delivery is limited to European countries.
Yes, all our jewelry is water-resistant thanks to high-quality materials such as 316L Stainless Steel and durable PVD plating. You can shower, sweat, and even swim with it.
Our pieces are made to last. Thanks to the PVD plating, they’re highly resistant to tarnishing. However, for maximum lifespan, we recommend avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes or cleaning products.
We use high-quality 316L stainless steel with PVD coating, which are both durable and hypoallergenic, perfect for everyday wear.
Yes! Every order is sent in a cotton bag containing a luxurious Valèz box and a soft cleaning cloth, ready to be gifted. If you're sending it directly to someone else, no worries: we never include pricing details in the package. Want to make it extra personal? Leave a note at checkout, and we’ll include it on a handwritten card.

Once your order has been shipped, unfortunately, we’re no longer able to make changes or cancel it.
Yes. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link so you can follow your order.
You can track your order using the track & trace code sent to your email. This email is sent once your package has been scanned by PostNL, usually in the evening or overnight before delivery. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
Cut-off time: 5:00 PM
Orders placed before 5:00 PM will typically be delivered the next working day or within 1 to 2 days in the Netherlands.
Outside the Netherlands: Delivery takes around 3 to 7 working days within Europe, depending on the destination.
Please note that delays with PostNL or international carriers may affect delivery.

After that, your refund will be transferred to your bank account within a few business days, depending on your bank.
