We hope you love your Valèz pieces, but if something’s not quite right, no worries. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items.
Simply follow the steps on our return form to register your return. After registering, you’ll receive all instructions to send your package back to us safely.
Return costs depend on your country and range from €4.25 to €10.00. The exact amount will be shown during the return process. These costs are at your own expense and will be deducted from the refund.
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original packaging
Including any gift packaging (such as the cotton bag and Valèz box)
Once your return has arrived and been processed (usually within a few working days), you’ll receive a confirmation email. After that, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take a few days.
