When will my order arrive?
We process and ship your order as soon as possible, because we know you're excited to receive it.
- Netherlands: Orders placed before 17:00 are typically processed and shipped the same night, for delivery the next working day or Saturday.
- Europe: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination.
- Please note: During busy periods or for complex engravings (such as Photos or fingerprints), processing may take an additional 24 hours.
Tracking & Delays
Once your order is handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. This usually happens overnight.
Spam: Check your spam folder if you haven't received your code.
Delays: While we strive for perfection, delays at PostNL or international carriers can occur. If your package is delayed for more than 5 working days, please contact our customer service.
