The best method: Scribble with a pencil on a piece of paper and rub your finger over the graphite. Press a piece of clear tape onto your finger, peel it off, and stick it on white paper. Take a photo of that.

You can easily upload your file on the product page, right before adding the jewelry to your shopping cart. Make sure the photo is sharp. For a fingerprint or handwritten text, it's best to take a clear photo from directly above in good daylight.
No worries! We check every file before we engrave it. If we think the quality isn't high enough for a beautiful final result, we will always contact you via email first. You can also send us a message in the live chat beforehand. We will assess the photo immediately, even before you order!
Because we often start working on your design immediately, it is important that you send us a message (via email or chat) as soon as possible if you want to change something. You will always receive a free digital proof from us beforehand. During this step, you can of course still request changes before we definitively engrave the jewelry!
Yes, that is certainly possible! Just like with a handwritten text, we ask you to photograph the drawing (preferably with a dark pen on white paper) from directly above and well-lit. Upload this image with the product, and we will turn it into a unique engraving.
