At Valèz, we believe jewelry should last a lifetime. That’s why all our items come with a Lifetime Warranty. We want you to wear your favorite pieces every single day, completely worry-free.

What does our Lifetime Warranty include?
We promise to replace your Valèz jewelry for free if it:

Tarnishes or fades: Our high-quality steel is made to keep its color.
Breaks unexpectedly: Due to manufacturing defects.
Shows damage through normal use: If the item fails to meet our quality standards.

Simply email us a photo of the item along with your order number at support@valez-official.com. No hassle, we’ll take care of it.

Please Note

One-time replacement: Our lifetime warranty applies once per individual item.
Follow-up: After the first replacement, if the issue persists, we are happy to offer you a store credit or refund so you can choose a new piece.

What is NOT covered?
Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

- Lost or stolen jewelry.
- Surface scratches from normal daily wear.
- Intentional damage or damage caused by third parties.
- Misuse or improper handling (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals).

We replace items when the product itself falls short of our quality promise. Not when it is lost or damaged due to external circumstances.

How to request a replacement

1. Take a clear photo of the jewelry.
2. Include your order number.
3. Email us at support@valez-official.com.

We’ll process your replacement, store credit, or refund right away. Depending on your situation.
